One Doctor’s Plan for Graceful Aging


I lately were given invited to a “Botox & Bagels Party,” and it actually despatched me right into a tailspin. Am I at the age where I need an entire new arsenal to combat growing older? Here’s my plan to age gracefully:

1. Sun Protection. I put sunscreen on each morning – even on cloudy work days. And when I head to the pool with my youngsters at some stage in the summer season, I slather it on and repeat frequently. I wear a large hat, and sun shades. 4. Nighttime habitual. I desire I may want to say I do this each nighttime, however I’m trying! Most of the time I do get through it. Going to sleep with a clean, moisturized face is critical. I use a facial wipe to get my makeup off, wash with a mild cleaner, clean on moisturizer, and follow my zits medication. 5. Sleep. When I don’t get sufficient sleep, I’m grumpy and the little wrinkle among my eyebrows becomes more prominent. Maybe you’re wondering what befell at that Botox & Bagels Party? Well, I didn’t pass – it was on a Saturday morning and I felt like sleeping in and playing with my children. For now, that little wrinkle appears to come and pass, so I’m no longer stricken by using it. But I’ll re-evaluate again in a few years.
